How a payment works

1. On the Billing page click Upgrade to Pro (or Desk).
2. A NOWPayments hosted checkout opens with a one-time invoice and a wallet address per network.
3. Send the exact USDT amount from your wallet to that address.
4. NOWPayments fires an IPN webhook to our server once the on-chain transaction is confirmed.
5. Your subscription's renewal date is extended by 30 days; the dashboard reflects it within seconds.

Pricing

• Free — forever. One saved rule set, 90-day backtests, Alpaca paper trading.
• Pro — 15 USDT per month. Unlimited strategies, walk-forward optimizer, Telegram bot, 100+ CCXT venues, smart-order ladders.
• Desk — 49 USDT per month. Everything in Pro plus scheduled re-optimization, multi-seat dashboards (up to 5), custom indicator plugins.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel — crypto invoices are one-shot. Stop paying and your account drops to the free tier when the current 30-day window ends. Strategies stay in your account, frozen but exportable.

Updating payment method

Each invoice is its own checkout — no card on file, no stored payment method. To pay from a new wallet, just send the next invoice's amount from the new address.

Refund policy

Crypto payments are final. Refunds are issued only for verified service outages exceeding 24 hours, paid pro-rata in USDT to a wallet address you provide, less network fees. See Terms §4 for the legal version.
