What this service is and isn't
Noon Barbari is a strategy-testing tool. We provide: backtesting, paper-trading, strategy publishing, and signal generation from rules you configure. We do not provide: investment advice, financial planning, brokerage, custody, order execution, or recommendations on what to buy or sell. Nothing on this site, in the dashboard, or in any notification is a recommendation. You decide; you act; you own the outcome. See docs/not-financial-advice.md for the canonical disclaimer.
1. The service
Noon Barbari is a strategy workbench: it runs your backtests, walk-forward optimizations, paper trades, and (when you provide your own broker keys) sends orders to your account on a third-party exchange. We are not a custodian, broker-dealer, or investment adviser. We do not give trading advice.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password and broker API keys safe. We never have access to your funds; we never ask for withdrawal permissions on your exchange keys.
3. Risk
Trading involves substantial risk. Strategies that look profitable in backtests can lose money in production. Past performance does not guarantee future returns. You may lose the entire balance of your trading account.
4. Payment
Subscriptions are paid in USDT (TRC-20 / BEP-20 / Polygon). Each invoice extends your access by 30 days. Crypto payments are final — refunds are issued only for verified service outages exceeding 24 hours, paid pro-rata in USDT to a wallet address you provide, less network fees.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time by not renewing. When your period ends without payment, your account drops to the free tier — your strategies, runs, and reports remain accessible, but paid features lock until you renew.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the service in a jurisdiction where algorithmic trading is illegal for you; (b) attack the infrastructure or other users; (c) reverse-engineer the engine; (d) operate a competing service on our platform without permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Liability
The service is provided AS IS. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, data loss, missed orders, exchange downtime, or any consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may amend these terms by posting a new version here. If material changes affect your rights, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Verona unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
