- Cooldown of 4 bars after exit.
- Long on a bullish OB retest (bull_retest > 0).
- Short on a bearish OB retest.

- Cross back below EMA(20) closes the trade.
- Hard 5% stop; trailing 4% stop locks in winners as ATR shifts.
- Position closes when the OB is mitigated (price closes through the opposite edge).
- An opposite-side OB retest also invalidates the trade.
- 4% trailing stop, 3-bar cooldown.
Comportement attendu
Long stretches of flat or modest growth followed by occasional sharp jumps when a sustained trend follows the EMA-cross signal. Quiet markets generate few setups by design.
Selective — OBs are sparse and retests are rarer still. The strategy spends most of the time flat and produces concentrated trades around real structure flips.
